We are currently looking for a Controller to join our team in our Tempe, AZ location!

Applicants for the Controller position should have a Master's Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field and two to three years of professional experience. Alternatively, candidates with five or more years of corporate accounting experience at a construction or engineering firm are also encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities: 

• Oversee and manage the accounting and finance functions of the company.
• Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and internal controls to safeguard company assets and optimize financial performance.
• Conduct financial planning and analysis, budgeting, managing payroll, and forecasting to support strategic decision-making.
• Manage month-end and year-end close processes, and financial statement preparation.
• Liaise with the bank, tax consultant, and other parties as needed.

Requirements: 

• Master’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• Proficient in financial reporting and modeling as well as data analytics and visualization;
• Proficiency in Tableau.
